The 2026 Annual Seminar will be held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel. TIDA GROUP RESERVATIONS

TIDA secured a special group rate of $349 per night (plus taxes and fees) while vacancy lasts or until September 22, 2026. Limited rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the TIDA group rate for three days pre/post seminar dates. You must book directly through the TIDA link below or call and ask for the TIDA group.

Once vacancy is reached on one or more of the days requested, the online link will show as unavailable for the entire span of your dates. If this occurs, try booking your dates separately as some may still be available. Once a date within the group block is filled to capacity, you will need to book through the hotel's public site at the prevailing rate (based on overall hotel vacancy). Contact the hotel directly for any and all questions regarding reservations.

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the exclusive and sole hotel partner of TIDA for room reservations. Do not book reservations through any other company or representative who contacts you claiming to represent TIDA and please report any such correspondences to TIDA Headquarters. Discount rates will not be honored if reservations are made through external websites or companies.

GETTING HERE

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is located approximately 4 miles from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). The easiest and most convenient option from San Diego International Airport (SAN) is Rideshare (Lyft/Uber).

• Travel time: Approximately 10-20 minutes (depending on traffic)
• Estimated cost: $18-$28 (varies by time of day and demand)

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is very easy to find - simply enter “Hilton San Diego Bayfront” in the Lyft or Uber app. The hotel has a convenient driveway right in front for drop-off.

Tip: Ridershare is generally quicker and slightly cheaper than taxis from SAN. We recommend requesting your ride once you’ve collected your luggage.

GETTING AROUND

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown San Diego within walking distance or a short ride to the area's top attractions.

• San Diego Zoo - 3 miles

• Sea World - 4.5 miles

Consider arriving early and take a day trip to Coronado Island which is only about a 15-minute bus ride. The complimentary Coronado Bus departs Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s Promenade East Entrance and drops off at the legendary Hotel del Coronado. The bus runs daily (no reservation required) on the hour from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please note that this hotel is a fully cashless property and only accepts credit cards, debit cards, and where applicable, other contactless forms of payment.

Hotel Policies:

• A credit card is required to secure a reservation along with a one night deposit which is refundable up until 72 hours prior to arrival.
• $125/night hold for incidentals will be authorized to the guest CC at check-in.
• Check-In: 4:00 p.m. (early check-in can be requested but is not guaranteed)
• Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. (late check-out can be requested but is not guaranteed)

Destination Fee: A daily destination fee of $39 per room, per night, plus tax (subject to change) will be applied to your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities:
