The TIDA Emerging Leaders Subcommittee invites you to join the Young Professionals Symposium, Netwoking and New Member Meet and Greet on Wednesday, October 15 at 3:00 p.m. The events take place on the third floor of the Hyatt in Presido ABC rooms. While the symposium is aimed at young professionals in the industry, it is open to all attendees – we promise we won’t ask for your age! 

There is no additional cost to attend. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP for this option on your Annual Seminar registration.

  • 3:00-4:00 p.m. Emerging Leader Symposium – where we will utilize live-polling questions to inspire discussion about industry hot topics, AI, and whatever other random topics the Member Engagement & Communications Committee decided to throw into the mix! You can register for this symposium when you register for the Annual Conference, but if you didn’t – feel free to join us anyways! 

  • 4:00-4:30 p.m. Speed Networking – with the goal of keeping our momentum from the live-polling questions and discussion, we will have the attorney members switch tables every 5 or so minutes so that all new members, first-timers and emerging leaders in attendance can get to know each other.

  • 4:30-5:00 p.m. TIDA Board of Directors and Committee Chair Meet & Greet – open to all members, please join us while the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs introduce themselves and give you some additional information about their role and the organization generally. As a BONUS – all attendees will be eligible to enter their business card to win a prize!

Then, after we break for the cocktail reception, the emerging leaders invite all new members, first-timers and emerging leaders to participate in Dine-Arounds with other members. We typically break into groups of 8-10 for dinner, and TIDA will pick up the appetizers and/or drinks while each group spends more time getting to know each other. Dine around sign-ups coming soon.
