EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Exhibitor Company Registration | $3,750
Included with the exhibitor registration is:
One (1) company representative complimentary registration; additional representatives may be added to the online expo registration form at $750 per registrant.
Registration list (This list will be emailed to the primary exhibitor representative approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the event. It will also be included within the TIDA Annual Seminar Tips for Your Trip e-blast. Additional registration lists are not available upon request.)
Exhibitor registrations DO NOT include access to the TIDA educational sessions during the Annual Seminar. All other food/social functions are included. If an exhibitor rep wishes to attend TIDA sessions, a separate TIDA Annual Seminar attendee registration and payment must be submitted. Attendee registration will require non-members to upload an invitation from a current TIDA member.

**Note: to be included in all onsite material (exhibitor passport, etc.), the exhibitor should register no later than September 18. If registering after September 18, there is a chance your company name will not be in printed materials.

Exhibitor Representative Changes
Transferring of name badges cannot be requested onsite. If you need to make changes to who is registered to attend as your exhibitor representative(s),complete the registration substitution form no later than September 18.
Back by popular demand, the TIDA Exhibitor Passport is a great activity to incentivize attendees to networking with you. Bring your own branded stamp or sticker to mark your booth on the passport as attendees visit with you.
Exhibitor Welcome Video
The TIDA videographer will be in the exhibit hall during set up on Wednesday, October 23 from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. to record your 30-second introduction videos. These are compiled and played for all attendees on Thursday morning. View last year's video:
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Packages may be delivered to the Caribe Hilton up to one (1) week prior to the event. When shipping to the resort, include the ALL following information on all packages to ensure proper storage and booth delivery:

Package movements are managed by Bell Services. Additional fees apply. Large deliveries with pallets and/or container trucks require coordination with the resort directly to secure a day and time of delivery. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping, handling and movement of the large deliveries from/to the receiving area to the meeting space. The hotel does not have a fork lift available, the exhibitor is responsible for the rental of any equipment needed to move the large delivery. Arrangements for shipping materials/items back to the mainland or other countries should be pre-arranged by the exhibitor. Please bring pre-printed labels with your company’s name, address and account number with you, as TIDA Headquarters does not coordinate exhibitor shipments.
TIDA does not offer refunds for cancellations. If you needed to make changes to who is attending as your company exhibitor representative(s),complete the substitution formno later than September 18. All requests must have been submitted through the online substitution/cancellation form. Email submissions were not accepted. Transferring of name badges cannot be requested onsite.
