Sponsorship Committee

This mission of the TIDA Sponsorship Committee is to attract and engage motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and other trucking professionals to provide sponsorships and financial support to uphold TIDA’s mission of reducing the cost of claims and lawsuits against the trucking industry. The sponsorship committee is responsible for establishing a sponsorship/partnership program and the overall coordination of soliciting partners and sponsors to support it. Levels of partnership are defined with an associated amount of donation. Sponsors are critical to the success of this program and the committee focuses on developing, approaching and sustaining sponsors and partners for all of TIDA’s events and programs. The key responsibilities of the committee are:

• Facilitate involvement of sponsors as active TIDA members
• Regularly communicate with sponsors regarding key programs and events
• Oversee sponsor renewals
• Recruit new sponsors and partners and launch periodic initiatives
• Coordinate attendance of sponsors and partners at TIDA functions
