About the presenters:
Christopher Del Bove, Callahan & Fusco Christopher S. Del Bove is a Partner of Callahan & Fusco. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation specializing in personal injury, premises liability, trucking, and other general liability issues. Mr. Del Bove also defends lawsuits involving allegations of attorney malpractice and employment-based discrimination. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented community associations in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania in insurance defense, construction defect litigation, and alternative dispute resolution capacity. Mr. Del Bove also has a passion for representing alleged incapacitated persons in guardianship proceedings in New Jersey. From 2014 to 2017 Mr. Del Bove was an Associate for a northeast regional law firm where he litigated and investigated health care, insurance, and civil fraud matters on behalf of property and casualty insurance carriers. He focused his practice on state and federal civil RICO, the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act, and False Claims Act (qui tam) violations.
