The Annual Seminar brings together more than 550 attendees including motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and claims serving companies – just to name a few. Don't miss the opportunity to showcase your product or service at this premier industry event.

The exhibitor hall will be open Wednesday, October 12 - Friday, October 14. To increase traffic and exposure, social functions will be hosted in and around the exhibitor hall.

Exhibitor Registration: $3,500

Included with the exhibitor partnership registration is:

  • One (1) company representative complimentary registration; Additional representatives may attend at $500.00 per registrant.
  • One (1) six-foot, draped table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Complimentary electricity
  • Recognition on signage during the Seminar
  • Logo and URL on event page of TIDA website
  • Special mention at onset of Seminar
  • "Exhibitor" Ribbon on name badge
  • Registration List (This list will be emailed to the primary exhibitor representative approx. 1-2 weeks prior to the event. It will also be included within the TIDA 30th Annual Seminar Tips for Your Trip e-blast. Additional registration lists are not available upon request.)

Exhibitor Information

Shipping Information:

TIDA Headquarters does not accept or handle exhibitor shipments. All deliveries to and shipments out of the hotel will need to be arranged through the onsite FedEx Business Office. Shipment instructions and fees can be found here.

All questions, including locating shipments when onsite should be directed to the FedEx Business Office. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring shipment tracking numbers and shipment return labels with them. (TIDA Headquarters does not print exhibitor return labels.)

Exhibit Hall Floorplan and Booth Assignments:


The TIDA Seminar Exhibit Hall is located on the Convention Level of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in the Grand Cypress Ballroom Prefunction and Portico areas. Each exhibitor booth space is six feet wide, and all backdrops should fit within this space. The floorplan and booth assignments can be found here

Cancellation Policy

TIDA is not offering refunds for cancellations. Exhibitor reps who are unable to attend may send a substitute. Contact TIDA Headquarters with the name of the person who is unable to attend and include the full name and email of the person who will be attending. Substitution requests must be submitted by September 21, 2022
